1. When can I receive package after the payment?
Order processing: After we confirm your order, the Quality Control department will check everything to ensure the product's quality before the shipment.
Processing: Verification→Processing(Quality Control→Logistics) processing time spends approximately 4-7 business days, depending on the specific products, order quantity and inventory status. Order processing priority according to the payment time.
Attention: For Peak Season during Nov.15th-Dec.31th, the process time will be postponed accordingly.
Phone Cases: Process Time is about 7days.
Hoodies: Process Time is about 10days.
International transport: The transport will take 10-18 days to be delivered according to different destination and Carriers.
(*Remark: Standard Shipping 10-18 days, Express Shipping 5-7days)
The totally estimated delivery time and international transportation is about 15-25 days for package arrival.
2. Which shipping Carriers to use?
We are working with the most famous international shipping companies such as ePacket, DHL, UPS, AESS and EMS. However unfortunately we apologize you can't select the Shipping Carriers tentatively, we will choose the most suitable one to you according to your shipping address provided.

Standard Shipping: $5 per order (10-18days in transportation). Free shipping over $29+ For Standdard Shipping.
Express Shipping: $19 per order ( 5-7days in transportation).

5. How to track my orders?
Once the order is packaged and ready to ship, we will send you an email or SMS message Shipment Confirmation including the order details, tracking number, Carriers and tracking website. You can track the shipping status with it or on our shop/track order.
*Kindly note that sometimes the status is not real-time, it depends on the Carriers' update. If you receive our shipment confirmation and can't track the update status for some days, please don't worry about it or feel free to contact us for help: email@example.com
